Monthly Rentals in Merrimack River

Fantastic deal. We were in town for a wedding in Derry, and this place was perfect for the three of us. Lots of windows and natural light. The house is perfectly charming, and very clean. Walkable to CVS to get water and snacks and was less than a 3 mile Uber ride from the wedding venue. The host were responsive and very kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Greg was an excellent communicator. Check in was a piece of cake. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities we needed. As another guest mentioned, the walls are thin and the neighbor's talking and TV could be challenging to sleep during late night and early morning. To be clear, said neighbor did not have party vibes, just night owl vibes. To my rural-dwelling-self the neighborhood was a bit scrappy but folks were either friendly or kept to themselves. Downtown and many shops and eateries were within easy walking distance. Short drives opened up more of those options in addition to parks, roller skating, handmade ice cream, music venues, movie theaters (including IMAX in the neighboring city), and more. Currier Museum, a block away, was a wonderful experience.

A great cozy place to stay for my grandson's graduation. This house was perfect, with a nice big deck outside. The hosts were amazing to work with and were very helpful. Location was great, looks exactly like the pictures. Highly recommend staying here. A short walk down to a cool little beach at the end of the street.
