Gite dédié au repos donc pas de wifi … A proximité de tous commerces en quelques minutes (supérette, banque, pharmacie ...). Proche des stations de ski du Mont-dore (40 min) et de Super Besse (1h).

Welcome to L'Instant Bohème: a 110 m2 suite dedicated to couples in the heart of downtown Clermont-Fd! On the first level, the suite includes a relaxation area with Balneotherapy, a volcano bed, a stage, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower area with a rain showerhead. A second level dedicated to pleasures with swing, St. Andrew's cross, tantric sofa... To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer extras such as late checkout, champagne and many other surprises.

Cottage near Lake Vassivière, Le Béchat

In an exceptional setting, close to the beautiful Lake Vassivière, come and discover our completely renovated gîte. Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property.

The chalet between lake and mountains

Log cabin ideally located overlooking Lake Chambon, we wanted to create a modern universe in a rustic chalet with a breathtaking view. Whether for a sports vacation or friendly moments with friends in this magical setting, the chalet will offer you little extras such as the hot tub, foosball or darts, which will liven up your evenings while enjoying the flame of the stove. The house is very spacious with five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Cosy cottage for 2 people, with brand-new fittings. Composed of a small kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. NON-SMOKING. "Ma petite bohème" is in its green setting, with a pond. It's quiet. Local shops. 10 minutes from the A89 motorway, 20 km from Ussel and 40 km from our beautiful Sancy. Relax in this quiet and stylish space.

Large country house "Domaine de Cybèle"

Large house on 6.5 ha of land with century-old trees. A playground for children. Ideal for family vacations or hosting courses. Located on the Milles Vaches plateau, classified as a starry sky reserve. Close to hiking trails, 15 minutes from all amenities by car and 35 minutes from La Bourboule (and its ski resort).
