At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic sea view.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Via del Volto Santo (Bagnone) passes 2 km away and the Via Francigena (Filetto) 4 km away.

Una camera da letto che può ospitare fino a 3 persone suddivise in un letto matrimoniale ed una piccola poltrona letto singola, una cucina completa, un bagno con doccia, un tavolo interno ed uno esterno per godere delle belle giornate. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata, una televisione a LED, un frigorifero, un piccolo forno e tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere in serenità il vostro soggiorno!
