Waterfront holiday rentals in Merimbula

The accommodation and facilities were excellent. Walking distance to the shops and the beach. Just wished we could have e stayed longer.

Lee is a wonderful host and her place is cozy and quiet. The location is excellent, with beaches and restaurants in easy walking distance. I was slightly concerned that it is in a complex but this was not a problem at all. The place was quiet and peaceful and we had a great time. You have your own private garage with an automatic door, your own small backyard to chillax - like being in a home. Lee gave many great local recommendations and was very responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Eden very much. Even had a welcome gift which makes such a difference to a sense of being welcomed. The view is indeed magnificent. If you see some whales, great. If you don't see some whales, still great.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We walked to the dog beach right from our backyard multiple times a day .So easy ,view stunning . Was very spacious ,couch is comfortable. We will stay again . Maybe just upgrading carpet in lounge room would be an awesome idea as I vacuumed it multiple times due to baby crawling (vacuum would always come up full). But everything else was great,we spent lots of time at the beach or balcony watching for dolphins swim by . Our first trip to Pambula beach and we loved it !

Alison’s place was homely and very clean. The sunrise from the apartment is absolutely stunning. We even got to see Whales which made our stay in Eden even more unforgettable. The apartment is perfectly located close to amenities and activities. We had a flat tire and were stranded on the road. Alison saw us, stopped by to check on us and got her husband to help us swap tires. On a long weekend this could have taken us hours. Thanks to Alison and Justin we got timely help. Alison and Justin’s hospitality and kindness made our trip even more memorable. We Will definitely be returning to Eden and Alison’s home.

The place was great for the few days we stayed there. Really good location. And really friendly helpful neighbour. The house itself was clean and stocked with most of the things you need. Was a little towards the warmer side so not sure how cool it would be during the hotter months but that’s the only small detail that could be improved. Other than that. Great place!

Clifftop is a great place to stay. Great views. The house is well appointed. Tathra is a lovely little village. Christine was easy to communicate with.

Truly a million dollar stay and view! The pool was freezing so we asked if it can be warmer but heating was solar. Most enjoyed their swim and had lots of fun. The house is grand and there are plenty of spaces to sit sown and just soak up the view. We had a great time. Highly recommended! Thanks so much Lisa.

Very homely with an incredible view of the ocean! Alicia was incredibly helpful and hospitable, will definitely book again when we're back working in Eden.

A fantastic place and real gem. Made out stay awesome and we wished it could have been for longer.

We had a fantastic stay for our two families including two kids and three teens. Everything was very clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking you would like to do. The dining room fitted is all for dinner and games. The view was magnificent and we watched whales put on a show on the front balcony. Only a walk to town and the country club. I would highly recommend this stay.

Great views over the lake as per the pictures. Thoroughly enjoyed having tea in the sunroom and enjoying the views and accessing the boardwalk from the backyard for morning strolls. Great sleeping options to accommodate our stay.

Beautiful beach front location. Walkable to Blue Pool and shops/restaurants. We had a lot of whale sightings during our stay (October). Great coffee at Honorbread. Large home, clean and well maintained. Only constructive criticisms would be checking in via a real estate (although they were great) isn’t ideal. The home is showing its age and is only partially renovated. There was no linen provided. Overall good value, but a few thoughtful changes around check-in/out, linen and updates would justify the price. Would stay again!

Emma's place was perfect for us in terms of space, location and facilities. The house was super clean and is stocked with all the basics that you need for your stay. The backyard is fully fenced and big, allowing a secure space for dogs. Thanks Emma for a great stay!
