Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Merida

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, it was clean and tidy. Due to the 3 doors to the apartment, we also felt very safe. Unfortunately, it had no direct daylight, but that didn't bother us much, as we were traveling most of the time anyway. The center is only 10 minutes away by Uber and the area is very quiet and pleasant. Etnya is very friendly and always responded quickly to questions. We would book the apartment again.

Miguel/michael is a great host and will always take care of you. I would ideally give this place 4.5 stars because whoever does the cleaning only does a very surface level cleaning. We usually have to do more of the detailed stuff. But the host is very responsive and he speaks English which is a nice bonus. The building itself is well maintained (I didn’t like that one time someone rented out the top floor without telling us) but besides that it was nice.

Hanir's place is well located to getting around Mérida by car or bus, and is not far away from a number of shopping centres. The space was well equipped with different amenities and was clean & comfortable. And to top it off, Hanir was very responsive and super helpful, highly recommended!

As described in the publication. 100/100 benjamín always attentive and the apartment is in optimal condition, other than the plus described having a view and direct exit to the pool.

Bonito apartment near downtown Mérida, good location, lots of cleanliness in the facilities, the pool is a plus when you get hot from the tours or walks, I would stay there again without thinking!

Excellent place, highly recommended. Access is very good. we chose the place because we stayed centrally for the tours we had planned. Mrs. Reina is very attentive and very nice, I have no other comments, just say that it is an excellent place either to rest and enjoy the house or if it is just to go to sleep. In particular I was fascinated by it as it is in PB I help us because my parents were going, and they are already complicated to climb stairs. The layout of the house is perfect and with the cooking utensils necessary to not worry about breakfast time.

Welcoming, I went with my family. Perfect for disconnecting, everything indicated in photos, it's as you find it. Highly recommended, Maria Eugenia, very attentive and always with communication to provide help in any questions. I'd go back without a doubt.

We had a great 3 month stay at Yanue's place and felt at home there. The house is spacious, light and very comfortable. We loved having our coffee on the terrace in the morning and enjoying the pool in the afternoon. It is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood exepted for school in the back, it was not a problem for us since we were getting up early to work, but it is to be taken into consideration if you plan to make the morning grace! Communication with Yanue was very easy, she always answered our questions quickly and was very attentive to our needs. The house is very well located, all amenities are close by and you are about 20 minutes by car from the center. I would definitely recommend it for a long term stay!

It is a wonderful house to explore the city from there. Bicycles are ideal! The house is equipped with every comfort, everything has been thought of. Wonderfully private, easy parking at the door. Unaware stay, would book it again soon. Charles was a very friendly host with lots of tips.

We stayed in this Airbnb for seven weeks. It was very comfortable. We welcomed the new addition to our family during this time and it was very easy to have a newborn as well as help with a nanny in this location. We made great use of the kitchen and having a washer and dryer readily available with a newborn was invaluable. Any issues that the apartment had as far as typical normal maintenance that any home would have, Jerry would respond immediately and have someone to fix the issue within 12 to 24 hours at the most but majority of the time would be sooner. The location was ideal as it is close to for paseo Montejo, close to some great restaurants, and the neighborhood is very safe. I would frequently go jogging at the Fieldhouse nearby at night without any worries whatsoever. It was difficult to leave as it was very comfortable for us during this very important time. When we return to Merida we will definitely stay here again.

We loved it, it is a super cozy and comfortable place very spacious and with everything you need to have a nice family vacation... we recommend it 1000% Very close to downtown. We would definitely book it again... Lore is always very attentive.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Both air conditioners work very well. The apartment complex is very safe and the front desk is very friendly. It's very close to the harbor plaza, so you can find Starbucks, ice cream and shops. Carolina and Octovia are very responsive and attentive.

It's a pleasure to see that Merida offers places like this in the north, so close to Lavin Avenue, within the ring road.

The place was very good, I would only recommend changing the pillows , they are already a little worn , the area is between 5 and 10 minutes from the peripheral by car ! And to contact the hostess , it's best to dial her at the number that appears on the page , because if she is slow to respond to messages !!

This is my second time staying in one of Jesus’s place and both times I was not disappointed. The place looks exactly like the pics and was comfortable. I did mention to him that the pool needed to be maintained and he responded quickly. Jesus was kind enough to provide some cooking essentials upon request. I’d stay here again.

Overall, I thought the place was clean and well kept. Everything seemed to work just fine. Jesus texted instructions on how to get to the place and gave codes for the front gate, apartment door and Wi-Fi password. I appreciated the fact that he was quick to respond to my text. It would have been nice to meet in person but, it's Ok. I always felt he was just a text away if I needed anything. The place is about a 15-minute walking distance to the Walmart city center in la zona Montebello. They have several shops there and you can take the Va y Ven bus #63 to El Centro or north to La Isla. I truly enjoyed the calm location. I would like to express my gratitude to Jesus for his assistance and professionalism.

The area is amazing, super quiet, and with the best mall in town right across the street. The apartment has everything you need, super comfortable and well equipped. Without thinking about it, I would stay here again.
