Holiday rentals with beach access in Mergellina, Naples

Super quite place, very well positioned, Toni is a super friendly host trying to translate and helping us out. We took the ferry to Capri the next day, super easy. P-S : amazing great free coffee!

Margherita’s place is in a great location, very clean, very spacious and surrounded by great restaurants and well worth the price. Margherita and her mother were very welcoming and showed us around the place, making sure we felt right at home and giving us local recommendations for bars and restaurants and was readily available whenever we needed any help. The location is right on the coast and only a short walk to the beach. It is also only a short drive to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius with public transport available too. We also visited both Naples and Sorrento during our stay. I would fully recommend this location and Margherita as a host and will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

Good place for a homebase. Be ready for stairs. Lots of stairs. Torre Annunziata is a working class town. Near Trecase station for fairly easy travel to Naples or Pompeii. Very good restaurant across the street. Near to markets for necessities. Great coffee shop nearby. Not a touristy area at all. Marco was responsive to questions and checked in during my month at the apartment.

Absolutely loved our time here and wish we could have stayed longer. The photos can't do it justice, it is a fabulous apartment with incredible views. Three big bedrooms with lovely beds and linens and towels and everything we needed to be right at home. Cafes and restaurants nearby - lots of them and all terrific and great value for money. Local shops had good basic groceries for when we wanted to eat at home. Taxi rank just outside and a great CrossFit gym just down the road. Highly recommended and we would love to go back.

Domenico was nice all along! He came to pick me up from the train station and took care of all of my needs (even went and got me a fan especially) The place was clean and well ordered, I had everything I needed. The location is also excellent, close to everything but still in a classy and quiet neighbourhood.

This place is right in the heart of Naples- easy to get around! Loved it! Plus the decorations inside make you feel right at home. Easy and nice!

Fabio had been a wonderful host, responsive, friendly and helpful. Our space was beautiful, spacious and peaceful. It was the best sleep I had on our trip to Italy. Waking up to have coffee on the terrace and take in the morning sun was a highlight of the trip. Looking forward to the next trip to Italy, definitely will be making a stop in Torre De Greco.

Stefano’s place is in the hearth of the city in a stylish local alleyway. Walking distance from pretty much anywhere in Naples, including the restaurants with the best pizza we’ve ever eaten. Stefano was always friendly and flexible and kindly included all the amenities and even more. Truly a one of a kind apartment.

Thank you, Tiziana, for all your hospitality and for the recommendations you gave us regarding traditional dining spots, the most picturesque places to visit, as well as about transfers and tours. What amused us the most was the Neapolitan-style coffee delivery with the basket from the balcony. I warmly recommend your place!

Great area to stay if you want to explore but don't want to stay right in central Naples!

Perfect accommodation comfortable for 3/4 people and the same as described in the photo, it is located in a very central area in Mergellina, nearby there is everything that can be useful and then it is a stone's throw from the seafront. Maria Silvia was kind and available from the first moment for our every need. And if you have any questions, you've always been quick to give us feedback. If I have to return to the surroundings, I'll definitely book here again.

Very nicely located apartment, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, and archaeological sites (some of which were unfortunately closed at the time of our trip). With a rental car, Napoli, Vesuvius, Pompei and other historic sites were also easy to visit. Massimiliano and his mother gave us good tips for good food and attractions nearby! For lovers of history, tasty food & drink, and geology!

Frederica was so helpful in advance of any during the trip! It was a pleasure staying in that beautiful surroundings. Hope to come back sometime!

I booked it because I was going to Naples for a day during my trip to Italy. There were a lot of people saying that it was dangerous near Naples Central Station, so I booked it a little further away from the center. It was a little further than expected, but the moment I walked into the house, it was so nice! It's as clean and tidy as the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Naples downtown was too crowded and messy, but I was able to feel the relaxation of Naples by coming to this neighborhood. It's very close to the Pompeii ruins. I was so lucky to be able to stay at Mario's house. Thanks Mario!! :)

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is in extremely convenient, with beautiful walks, wonderful restaurants, and lots to do nearby. If we come back to Naples, we hope to stay here again.
