Our chalet is a solid and spacious nest witnessing sometimes forgotten know-how. Numerous sheltered terraces and balcony (100m²) allow outdoor life even in bad weather. A 200-year-old planning frame is a testament to the strength of the construction. Sometimes low openings invite you to exercise on a daily basis that benefit a good physical condition and prove the energy control already present at that time. Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Deux places de parking sont disponibles en bord de route ; l’accès au chalet se fait par un escalier d’environ trente marches.
