Apartment fully renovated in 2023 in an old Savoyard building located at the end of a cul-de-sac. You will stay on the ground floor in a quiet and peaceful environment. The accommodation offers a southwest-facing terrace. The apartment is located 6 km above Albertville, about 45 minutes from the first ski resorts, 6 km from the Tamié pass and 45 minutes from Lake Annecy. A bakery, butcher shop and small grocery store are within walking distance of the accommodation, 300 meters away.

In the living room a convertible sofa bed with the possibility of two beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Free parking space in front of the apartment. Reversible heating/air conditioning. Pets not allowed. We do not offer breakfast, we provide coffee, tea and herbal teas.
