The old mill

Former oil mill turned into a dwelling house at the entrance of the village. Detached house with enclosed courtyard, 38 m² terrace and 40 m² sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with dressing room and a bathroom (Italian shower and 150 cm bathtub) + toilet. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.
