“I stayed here for a few weeks as I looked for a new place to move to the area. Robinson’s place was awesome. As a host he was extremely considerate and helpful. It was a tiny little studio/one bedroom perfect for one or two. There was a desk/workspace area. I was working online from home and the WiFi was fast and convenient. And I had plenty of workspace to spread out and access my things. The living room was cute and cozy. There is a tv with Netflix/YouTube/other apps to watch in the living room. That’s also where I was able to have a friend or two over for dinner at the coffee table. You could also use the desk area for eating for more than one person, but it was nice to sit around the coffee table together! The kitchen was nice and clean. It had a lot of the basics (oil/salt pepper/sugar/and then some). Plates, bowls, forks, spoons, knives, pots, and pans were all provided. There were very few cooking utensils but the tiny white spoon-spatulas things provided didn’t so well under heat, and since I did most of my own cooking I just got my own spatula and tongs! The bathroom was also clean and well stocked. There are plenty of towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies to utilize. The only downside is probably the size of the shower. Honestly, really hot and cozy shower, but the shower head is so big that if you’re trying to avoid getting your hair wet or you’re just trying to lather up out of the water, you end up getting a lot of water on the floor. Which I felt kind of bad about. But it helps if you turn the water on and off between each step. The bedroom was also super clean and cozy. A nice big comfy bed. Good closet space and outlets to charge your things. Also a tv with the same apps as the living area. Also the bedroom and living room have AC units. I think I listed a few “flaws” in the listing. But those were more so things to just keep in mind with how you may navigate the space. Because y’all, this was a really nice small space to use during my transition. I definitely recommend this apartment. And I don’t think my “complaint” about the spatula should deter you haha. Just a heads up. This is perfect for a get away, a transition, and anything in between. There is a convenient parking spot right behind the house. Which was awesome, but I’m not sure about the bus situation. A shop rite and laundromat are within walking distance and so many other convenient amenities!”
This comfy studio has 1 queen size bed with new memory foam mattress and 1 pull-out full size sofa bed, which can work well for up to 4 guests. Also provided is the Smart TV with Netflix, free Wifi, central AC and heating system. Restaurants and the Cooper River Park nearby. Shopping includes Garden State Park and Cherry Hill Mall. Just 20 minutes to Center City, Philadelphia by car or train. Train and bus transportation conveniently nearby. Around a 1 hour drive to Atlantic City.
“Amy’s studio was nice and small! Its a great location! Even though its behind some businesses but that didn’t affect me and my partner from sleeping or anything! Even though you are next to the highway its not that loud! Only if a loud car starts speeding down the highway! Lol but other than that! It was quite my whole time there! And Amy responds super fast to messages or any concerns you have! Only thing i wish the studio had was a thermostat! So you can regulate your own heat! But i would def come here again!! ❤️”

“We stayed five nights at Nico’s place and were extremely pleased with our accommodations and the location. Lee is a wonderful host! Before our arrival she offered to purchase various food items (bagels, fruit, orange juice etc.) and had them waiting for us when we arrived. Which was perfect because we arrived Thursday morning and had not had any breakfast. She was there when we arrived and offered various recommendations for areas to visit and routes to take. So many things are easily walkable, or accessible by a short and cheap Lyft/Uber ride. The place itself is very comfortable. We stayed in the larger room upstairs, which has a couch, large TV and small fridge. The Nespresso maker is a great touch - we enjoyed trying out different types of coffee. Overall very comfortable! Bathroom clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to use the sauna but it’s there if you want to relax after a long day of walking around Philly. The uppermost room has a great view and a large balcony. We loved our stay in Philly and will definitely try to stay at Nico’s on our next visit!”
