Monthly Rentals in Merced

We had a wonderful stay at Garden Gate. The place was spotless. The courtyard garden was gorgeous. Check-in was easy, and communication was great. Highly recommend, and I'm sure we'll return next time we're in town to visit the university. The bed is quite soft (not saggy, just soft), but it's something to consider if you have back issues.

This place is in a great location, just a short walk to a lovely park! It’s clean, cozy, and well-kept. There were a couple of things missing at first, like hangers and an iron, but the host was super quick to resolve the issue. The walls are a bit thin, so you might hear some noise, but overall, it was a really enjoyable place to stay!

Excellently furnished Room and bathroom. TV had many available apps on which to watch almost any show. The laundry room was Located right outside the room in a very convenient area. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and toilet paper were included. The kitchen was fully furnished with all the cooking necessities included. The living room had a large TV and spacious comfortable couch which we used many times to watch movies or football games, go 9ners. There is plenty of parking on the street. overall the house is beautiful, spacious with a welcoming feel. For the money the room and the use of the common areas was well worth it. There were other guest in the house which were very friendly and mostly kept to themselves but were sociable as well. I would definitely stay here again. Chris was a great host. He was very attentive to our needs and accommodating. This house in a definite 5 star house...

I had a great time at the Airbnb. Bed was super comfortable, everything looks spotless clean. Definitely will be coming back.
