La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla, ha il giardino e una bella terrazza con tenda illuminata per poter pranzare all’esterno. Gli interni sono curati e ben arredati. L’alloggio possiede due bagni uno con doccia e uno con vasca. Si può utilizzare la lavastoviglie, il forno, la lavatrice, inoltre è disponibile un asciugacapelli è un piccolo ferro da stiro. Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen.
