Hamza's accommodation is true to the description, quiet, close to the city centre and the beach. Hamza's family occupies the floor, they are charming, discreet and very helpful people. Hamza is a very welcoming host, available and very easily reachable. We had a very pleasant stay, enjoying the pool and the beach and we had the pleasure of discovering Tunis (Gammart, La Marsa, Sidi bousaid, La goulette) with the explanations of Hamza's dad who guided us on this visit 😀 The nearby train station allows you to reach the centre of Tunis in 45 minutes for those who are not transported for less than 2 euros per person round trip There is a nice pine forest 5 min walk from the accommodation that leads to a beautiful beach for those who like to walk (30 min to cross it), the effort is worth it.... I highly recommend this accommodation to all people who love authenticity and tranquility. Thank you for everything Hamza and your dear parents 🤗

It is a large townhouse, with outdoor spaces both on the ground floor (outdoor parking space and seating sofas), and on the top floor, where there is a terrace with clothesline wires. The house's location allowed us to visit the governorates of Nabeul and Zaghouan. Basic amenities and a great bakery can be reached within a few minutes' walk from the property. With Moez, the communication was great and he also helped us in a time of need. Our father welcomed us warmly. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and central gas heating, which was certainly useful in December. Recommended!
