House holiday rentals in Mentone

This property is the best holiday house I have ever been into in Australia. Top notched, meticulous design, warm and high end house.

The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Roger’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Roger was a fantastic host: responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

We had an excellent stay at this accommodation—it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. A special thanks to Kaye, who looked after us so well. She was kind, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay. We’d definitely love to come back!

We loved our stay here, great location, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lots to do around the area and all within a short drive out. Chandi was really helpful when the wifi stopped working abruptly midway through our stay, she quickly came down to resolve it. It’s also very baby friendly and it was such a comfortable stay with our 11 month old daughter. Will definitely stay at her place again if we’re visiting Melbourne. Lovely host with a lovely place!

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and comfortable 😊 l definitely recommended Mavis's Air b&b, everything was immaculate and all you need,, right down to the electric blanket and big bath for the winter 😊 l will definitely be back

We (family of 5) very much enjoyed our time at this property. Our stay was extremely comfortable. The property is as you see it in the photos. Modern, spacious and most importantly, very clean. The check-in process and keyless entry is extremely easy. Location suited our needs. Close to Chadstone and with easy access to main roads/freeways. Everything in the property just works, is trusted and easy - heating/cooling, wifi access, smart TV, washer, dryer etc, etc And the hosts Stuart and Emma were extremely easy to deal with and very responsive. Have no hesitation in recommending this property whatsoever.

Michelle's property was ideally located for the purpose of our visit. She is a wonderful host and was extremely diligent and interactive as necessary. Her property is very homely and so close to the local village. She provided us with some welcome "treats" which was such a nice and kind gesture. The house was very well presented, clean and tidy, and has everything you could possibly want. A great place to stay for our visit. Will certainly stay again.

This was the perfect place for us (family of four), whilst visiting family in the Edithvale area. It's an awesome little suburb, with easy and regular access in to the city via the train too. Jessie's accommodation gave us a fantastic place to settle down, base ourselves whilst visiting without the hustle and bustle of a hotel, with the added bonus of amenities to catch up on washing and the other practicalities wholst away for so long. We'd definitely love to return, when next back in Australia.

A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

Swift communication with the hosts, reasonable pricing, facilities are as shown on the photos. Recommended if you are visiting Moorabbin or nearby places.

We had a lovely stay at the Modern Retreat with Comforts in Mulgrave. The house was beautifully clean, well-appointed, and in a great location close to shops and other amenities. Alice and SunHwa were fantastic hosts being very responsive and helpful. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would happily return!

Trudy’s place is incredible for a getaway! The place was as described and superseded our expectations. It was very homey, yet sleek and clean. Trudy was also very accomodating and easy to communicate with! Would absolutely come again, and the alpacas were an amazing touch to the experience.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat. The rest of the home was equally impressive—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place had everything we needed and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!
