On the ground floor there is cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small hall with a balcony and toilet. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Or alternatively - a double bed in each bedroom can be transformed into 2 single beds.

Ja ir vēlme par papildus samaksu iespējams baudīt pirts priekus un kublu , kā arī sporta aktivitātes- SUP, veikbordu un zirgu izjādes. Namiņa terase nav piemērota bērniem un cilvēkiem ar kustību traucējumiem. Cena par pirts lietošanu ir 20 eur un par kublu 50 eur par reizi.

At ground floor you will find large hall with books, board games and music instruments (available for additional fee). Viesu mājiņa atrodas parka malā, apm. 100 m no peldvietas Pērsē un 800m no slavenajām Kokneses pilsdrupām. Vieta ir klusa un mierīga, taču apm. 10-15 minūšu laikā, pastaigājoties pa parku, var nokļūt krodziņā "Rūdolfs", lai tur baudītu garšīgu maltīti, vai aiziet/aizbraukt uz "Maximu", ja gribas pašiem gatavot viesu mājiņas virtuvē. Ir autostāvvieta un bērnu rotaļlaukums.
