I offer a spacious and bright house of 135 m² completely renovated with lots of charm on a very quiet street. It is newly and fully equipped (high-speed Wi-Fi). With a capacity of 7 people, it has 3 bedrooms with beds made upon arrival. The sofa is convertible. Towels and folding crib available. Private parking.

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

The floor is also a large room with bathroom area, dressing room and bed for 2 people (180 x 200) and a toilet with hinged door. The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden at the front of the house. The village is quiet, close to Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

We welcome you to our 2 guest rooms, located in a real green setting, near the Phalempin forest. Easy access to large cities while being quiet. The accommodation has a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, a terrace overlooking the garden, a bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The building is independent. Breakfast is served on site. Le Bon Coin is a single-story house, located right next to a nature reserve, recently renovated in an industrial style, with exposed beams. An elevator will give you access to two playful mezzanines, connected by a glass walkway. In addition to this, the accommodation is suitable for people with reduced mobility. A carport will gladly accommodate up to four cars. These are all things that make this home unique.
