Our house, which has its own private pool, is located in a quiet wooded area with olive trees. Our house is 8 minutes from the Yenifoça Oasis marina and 50 minutes from the ancient city of Pergamon. Our furniture in the house is new, and it is fully furnished, especially with kitchen utensils. You can swim in our huge private pool under the trees in a calm environment and spend time on the grass. You can pick your fresh eggs from our chickens every morning, as well as seasonal vegetables, grapes and figs from the vegetable garden. Our house is old and 15 km away from Yeni Foca. All the grocery stores are nearby to meet your food and other needs. In winter, our solid fuel central heating system heats the entire house with its fireplace feature.
