Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mendrisio District

Our vacation started perfectly with the very warm welcome from Sabrina, how we felt welcome right away! :) The apartment is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden and pool are also simply fantastic and ideal for enjoying the tranquility and recharging the batteries. We were even spoiled with homemade cake and fruits from the garden - just perfect🫶🏼

We had a lovely stay all around. The small apartment is equipped with everything you need, the communication was very friendly, check-in and out went completely smoothly and Cecilia has responded to all questions and requests kindly. The location of the apartment is ideal for things to do, nice restaurants and supermarkets are easily accessible. Anytime again! Thanks

To get to the apartment you need a car, and to get to know the surroundings and visit nearby cities with incredible views, it is my recommendation.

Good appartement with A Nice view for a good price

We had a wonderful week in Meride at Daniella's with our children! Absolutely beautiful setting, full of possibilities in the surroundings, more than charming host! Our stay was better than our expectations!

Claudio was a really kind person, the house is really nice, clean and classic mountain. There is a beautiful fireplace, kitchen, living room and upstairs with 4 rooms still typical of our grandparents' years, scents and smells of antiquity , very cozy! Recommended for a great weekend

Ingrid und Pims place is absolutely lovely! We had five amazing days and felt at home as soon as we entered the house. We were warmly welcomed by Monica and a cool bottle of wine in the fridge. Thank you! It’s a lot of space for two people, we mostly spend time on the top floor and the huge Terrasse with a spectacular view on the lake. The kitchen offered any tool we needed, perfect for making food and feeling even more at home. We would love to come back some time and recommend the place to anyone who seeks for a nice place to stay next to the lake with a great starting point leaving to Italy oder Switzerland. Very cozy place with charm. We had a very nice time with our 3 children/teenagers and especially enjoyed the proximity to the lake and the gelateria very much. Jannika is very friendly and responds very, very quickly to requests.

Absolutely as beautiful as the photos. It was so nice to be we greeted with a welcome gift and music playing on our arrival. Made us feel right at home after a long day of travel. The host was great at communicating and providing clear check in instructions. Amazing location, but keep in mind the nearest town with restaurants is a 25 minute walk. However, it's a perfect spot for daytime excursions around the area. But it's just as pleasant to spend the day in the gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces. It was so fun paddle boarding - so little boat traffic that it felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodation very well renovated and very functional. The bedrooms are relentless as well as the shower rooms. Kitchen level, it has all the necessary equipment for a family holiday stay. Free public parking available in the village and not far from the accommodation. The attentions of Eleonora and her mom were exquisite. We would definitely recommend this lovely experience.

We had a wonderful time here. We were a group of 7 people, the house big enough. It is equipped with everything we needed. The pool and garden, forecourt and terrace are priceless. The house is 2 minutes from the bus stop We will be happy to come back!

This is a true pearl! If you enjoy the lake, the view, being able to be outside, then this is the place to be. On top of this we were able to use the boat to explore the lake. The house was the cleanest that we have experienced, all kitchen equipment was clean. And we lacked nothing. Thank you Luciano for hosting us and we will be back!

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. Very good situation. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Amazing view, just for that the price worth it. Center is not far, more or less 15 minutes walk. Parking available. Fridge with various products for our attention. Very kind. I recommend the place.

I can only agree with the positive reviews. We were very warmly welcomed by Nuria and she gives the best that we feel comfortable (in any case she succeeded) The apartment is very creative and imaginatively designed. I'd love to come back!! 😀

Incredible location with an amazing view.

We had a very dreamy and very pleasant stay and I hope we can return to this beautiful house again. Everything was clean and available. The view of the lake was truly spectacular and wonderful experience that we may not be able to experience again for years.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Cécile's place is an absolute gem! Impeccably clean, stylish, full of art & character. The kitchen is stocked better than most homes, with any tool imaginable and a wide selection of food and beverages that made us feel truly welcomed. Every detail was curated with care for our comfort and convenience. Memorable is the warmth of Cécile, who made the entire experience feel like staying at home and we'd love to bisit her again!
