The ground floor with a garden is comfortable for elderly and children. There is a neighborhood market nearby. It is comfortable to have public transportation. There are stores like Migros Bim 1.5 km away .qua park is 2 km away. 45 km from Kusadasi. Izmir airport is 45 km away. Air conditioning in our house, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, all kitchen utensils.

The cottage is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a settlement and is directly connected to a seafront promenade. From there, the nearest village Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc...). The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .

Our house is 300 m from İpekkum beach. ( Our house is 5 min by foot to İpekum beach which is famous with silky-sand.) It is 30 minutes to Seferhisar-Küradası and Selçuk Ephesus. (Just 30 min away by bus to Ephesus, Seferhisar&Kushadasi.) With bus 776, you can reach it in 45 minutes from Cumaovası. You can reach to Gümüldür with bus 776 from Cumaovası station wich is just 1 stop away to Adanan Menderes airport The house has a washing machine and dishwasher, fridge, hot water, TV.
