Recently converted blacksmith's workshop, now a comfortable architect-designed open-plan apartment with bedroom, shower-room, modern kitchen and programable under-floor heating. There is a unique feature light created by Scotland’s “Blazing Blacksmith”. It is a detached stone-built dwelling in its own walled-drive with parking space and mounted charger for electric cars. Located in attractive rural Perthshire village (13 miles from Dundee) close to Cairngorms, Angus Glens, Perth and Dundee.

A twenty minute drive takes you into the Angus glens which boast some of the best walking and climbing destinations in Scotland. Dundee is half-an-hour's drive south and Aberdeen an hour's drive northwards.

If your looking for something a little different then the stable wing of The Bridge House may be just for you! My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, brick and pine flooring. All mod cons including wifi & smart TV. Quiet, peaceful and rural location. The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle
