I only stayed at The Inn for one night and I thoroughly enjoyed it. John is a wonderful host - very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and looked just as described. The location of the Inn is great and I found it very accommodating to have various common areas for our use. I am definitely looking forward to stay here again.

We appreciate the simplicity and country charm of the square. It's family-friendly and dogs are allowed, but that didn't bother us thanks to the respectful atmosphere. It changes momentum and it feels good.

It's like going to Pop-pop & Granny's house. The sign out front says, "grandchildren spoiled here," and when we saw the breakfast spread, we knew what they are talking about. It was so generous and delicious, we usually ate our leftovers for lunch. This delightful, warm couple, was eager for a chat and to give local recommendations. It's a cozy home, with many beautiful handmade quilts, a pretty view of the hills, and fresh maple syrup made on site. Very reasonably priced, and only a 15min drive to Jay Peak. Support agri-tourism.

We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay. Rob and John were very accommodating and made us feel right at home! The inn has so much history make sure you ask Rob about the “diamond legend”. Will certainly come back. Dimond in the rough!!!!

The location and views from the hill are gorgeous, especially in fall. The room was small, but clean, comfortable, and cozy. It’s a very easy and short drive into town, and the common areas with tables and a microwave were great. Would definitely recommend for a quiet weekend getaway.

We had a great time with Pauline and Jacques. The area was just as convenient as we had hoped for a ski weekend at Jay Peak. We wanted to get on the road early and breakfast was prepared for us at 7:30 am. We happily left with a jug of maple syrup and look forward to staying there again!

Super scenic lodge across the street from Lake Seymore. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Managed by the super charismatic Rob, who makes wonderful banana blueberry bread. The building is old, and the floors are uneven, squeaky, and charming. During our stay, about 2 feet of snow fell, but we never noticed while inside thanks to the roaring wood fire, which comfortably heated the whole lodge. The walls are a bit old and thin, and you'll definitely hear the neighbors next to you, but the neighborhood is quaint and quiet. This really is a great country getaway with legitimate cozy vibes. Derby and Newport are just a short drive away if you need to get into town, but once you've got your essentials, Rob helps you feel right at home at Lake Seymore Lodge.

The Woodshed was absolutely lovely. The breakfast was so yummy and the drive to Jay Peak is so easy. The staff were super responsive whenever we needed anything! I would highly recommend this place for people who love to ski/board!

My wife and I accidentally pay for what we never ready properly and supposed to be non refundable but Jean-Pierre went extra mile and call Air bnb for refund, very honest in business. And got our money back. Will recommend to anyone to book with Jean-Pierre.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B, tucked away on a beautiful property within minutes of the Sutton Ski area. Tom and Yola were the most welcoming hosts—genuinely kind, gracious and attentive. They really made us feel at home. Every morning, their breakfasts were a highlight—fresh, healthy, and beautifully presented. We were lucky enough to be there during a snowstorm, and it honestly felt magical watching the snow fall from the cozy dining room. The whole place has a peaceful, almost fairytale vibe. Our beds were super comfortable, and the rooms felt homey and cozy. It offered exactly the kind of peaceful ski retreat/getaway from city noise that we were looking for. We highly recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!

Genevieve went out of her way to accommodate a last minute request from me. Her property is clean and well situated. As a host she is wonderful. Prompt responses and great to communicate with. I hope to stay again on my next trip through
