Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Melito di Porto Salvo

The check in process and location may seem daunting, but it was perfect for exploring Sicily right off easy to take car ferry ... the rooms and balcony were clean and spacious - the view and nearby pizza was excellent for our first night - would love to stay and visit my homeland again someday!

Maria’s home was beautiful it was very nicely decorated and we felt at home here! The location was also great and Maria gave us good recommendations for things to do in and around Messina. Maria was very accommodating as a host and was flexible with our check in / check out times which took a lot of stress out of our holiday and we would definitely stay here again ☺️

I booked a long stay. great location: bus stop, cafeteria, bakery etc. basically downstairs, also 5 minutes from a supermarket. Very spacious rooms and bathroom. MariaRosaria and Stefano are the best folks ever, would love to visit again.

Federico is an amazing host. Even though I had to cancel my trip, Federico welcomed my husband instead and was very proactive (asked for my husband's number to explain the check-in). The place is cozy and homey, it was such a pleasant stay. The bathroom is huge and squicky clean. The location of the apartment is great, it is only a few minutes from the ferry marina, and you can easily continue with the trip afterwards. All in all, wonderful stay.

This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

The house is in the center of the beautiful village of Chianalea (there are stairs to get there), in a quiet and strategic location to get to the sea in a few minutes on foot. It perfectly matches the listing description and is equipped with everything. The two bathrooms are spacious and well furnished. The terrace offers a very nice view of the sea. Matteo is a very attentive host and available for any needs, with great flexibility on check-in and check-out. Highly recommended stay.

Highlights: - Beautiful, very clean, large apartment - 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms - well-equipped kitchen - Large balcony - beautiful decoration, you felt right at home - Air conditioning available - about 1.5 km on foot from the center - Easy, self check-in / check-out - quick response by Domenico, very friendly and accommodating We would always book Domenico's apartment. We felt very comfortable. Only negative point: - no private parking. There are many parking options, but it was difficult to find a parking space at noon and around 6 pm.

Super nice apartment, which was completely new. Even the crib was new with pacifier chain and super sweet linens. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we had so far on our trip to Italy. Everything was just totally well thought out :) You can quickly walk to the promenade and still live in a quiet residential area. We will be happy to come back!

Davide is a helpful host who is attentive to guests' needs. Spacious and clean apartment. Great for families and/or groups of friends. I appreciated the fact that it was on the ground floor, an important feature not to disturb the neighbors of the building. I appreciated the location where the apartment building is located less. A long climb is required to reach it. A little uncomfortable for a stroller. Very comfortable parking space.

Lovely Apartment, great view from the balcony where we spent really nice dinner, and Gabriele and Martina are really nice guest. If you have to came in Messina, I recommend this place, situated in a lucky place and really cosy furnished. Thanks Gab and Marti, we hope we'll see soon!
