The place is 100% recommended, the dpto comes with everything you need for rest during a nice vacation in Pucón, very clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, cozy. The condominium is super cute, quiet, very quiet, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to the center of Pucón. On the other hand Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, he gives you very clear directions from the 1st moment, excellent communication. I would undoubtedly stay there when I returned to Pucón... Recommended with my eyes closed.

The stay was great, Don Marcelo and his family are very nice. The apartment has everything you need and is in an excellent location, you can walk downtown and it is a few minutes from the bus terminal.

Excellent Accommodation !! complies with everything indicated, the rich little things help long after days of mountains, the bikes without a doubt is a very good idea, it helps to tour the whole city, to relax and enjoy, dpto calentito... has everything you need for long stays, sun and alex always responded always attentive and friendly! we will definitely come back!!!

We stayed for 5 days in Javiera's apartment, for Easter. The condominium is new and quite nice because it is surrounded by trees. The depa is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, well decorated, the atmosphere is quiet (at least in autumn since there are fewer tourists than in summer). The views of the depa are nice, you see a forest from the room, which makes one feel in nature. The depa has everything; heating, vacuum cleaner, kitchen equipped with everything you need, coffee maker, hairdryer, towels, etc, etc. The instructions for arrival and departure were very simple and clear. Communication with Javiera was always quick, effective. She is very nice and nice. We loved the depto and will be coming back for sure.

We have an incredible Franciscan is a love and Isabel who takes care of the cabin and is also there very worried about everything. The place is super close to the village but is in the woods with priceless tranquility. When we arrived Marcelino had us the woods on fire and was warm exquisite. They were all very worried about my guagua because it was really raining the best experience!! We'll be back anyways!

The house is great for a family vacation. Commodities to the fullest with everything you need to enjoy. Paula is always attentive and clear with her directions. Mrs. Sonia and don Carlos are very kind and attentive. We felt right at home. Recommended, we will be back!!!!

Tarek is a great host, his instructions were very clear and I was very worried at all times to answer our doubts. The refuge is wonderful, always warm with fuel available to never get cold. The setting is breathtaking, a real connection to the mountain and its natural landscapes. If you're looking to rest quietly, this is the place for you. Near the house there are many panoramas, you will not get bored.

The house is very comfortable, well equipped. The best thing is the location close to the beach and downtown, we hardly used the car. Loreto is always available to answer any questions.

The apartment is the same as in the photos and impeccable. Gema responded to everything and was very helpful. The center is about a 6-minute drive away, so it's close to get around by car or taxi. The sofa bed is very comfortable. I recommend it.

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

Everything is good, nice place, very good facilities, easy to get to, you can walk to any downtown location. Just one thing, it's close to a wetland and at night if you don't have the terrace closed, it's impossible to be there because of the mosquitoes.

I arrived and there was no hot water, I searched outside the dpto and realized the gas key was cut The Tub of the Dirty Bath with Piñen and the Curtain of the Dirty Bathroom The Living before going out to the terrace and fowl of the sofa was with dirt, apparently they hadn't vacuumed
