Modernisation is underway, so the photos will be updated as each one is completed. 3 double beds inside the main cabin. 1 double bed and a family bunk bed in the annex. Car access almost all the way to the property; a good 150-metre path in summer. 5 km by ski/snowmobile in winter. Transport can be arranged if desired. Installed electricity, water solution with pump for shower, dishwasher, etc. 3 fridges, 1 small freezer compartment.

Central location with only 1 minute walk away from bus and train connections to Trondheim city. 20 minutes travel time to Trondheim by public transport. Here you have everything you need just an elevator ride away. Here you also have a good view of the square in Melhus. The balcony is glazed and equipped with a heat lamp.

Come and enjoy the peace at Ler. The entire house is yours during your stay. We have three great bedrooms, with the option of a double bed in all rooms. There are also trundle beds in two of the rooms. We also have three mattresses that can be placed outside to accommodate a maximum of 9 people plus two small children. The house is a short drive or train ride from Trondheim, and the famous salmon river Gaula is nearby. There is space to park several cars, as well as an installed electric car charger in the garage.

Here you get to experience real farm life combined with modern comfort. The apartment has a private entrance and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Outside the door awaits beautiful nature with nice hiking opportunities all year round. In summer you can enjoy forest walks and quiet waters nearby, and in winter you will find great ski slopes right in the area.

There is also a high chair here. The sunset can be enjoyed from the bed, or from one of the 3 beautiful terraces. Sun from the time it rises until it sets.

Velkommen til en koselig og enkel hytte ved sjøen på Øysand. Nyt havutsikt, fuglekvitter, lange dager på den langgrunne sandstranden og rolige kvelder ved bålpanna. Hytta ligger ved Gaulosen naturreservat, kun 20 minutter fra Trondheim. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng og sovesofa i stua gir sengeplasser til 4 personer. Øysand Camping med kiosk, café og aktiviteter ligger i gangavstand. Dagligvarebutikk og hurtiglading for elbil finnes ca. 10 minutter unna. Kjæledyr velkomne etter avtale.
