Øyberget, hike along Vigda (nice to cycle), ski cabin up on Buvikåsen and Øysand camping 3 min by car. Short drive to City South, Orkanger, Trondheim and Melhus

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea or try your luck at fishing right outside the door. Enjoy the view and see the boats on their way to the mill that pass right by. Carport right outside the door with electric car charger. There are 6 beds for adults and 1 baby bed/cot. There is also a high chair here. The sunset can be enjoyed from the bed, or from one of the 3 beautiful terraces. Sun from the time it rises until it sets.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Dette er et hyttetun med ei nyoppuset, vinterisolert hytte med 5 sengeplasser, ei "sovehytte" med 5 sengeplasser og ei hovedhytte med stor spiseplass, kjøkken og stue. Alle hyttene på tunet leies samla. Hyttetunet er en del av gården Konstad Nordre/ Konstadtunet og ligger like ved vannet Ånøya med nærhet til E6 Melhus (12km) og Trondheim (30km). Lån robåt på Ånøya og prøv fiske- og bademulighetene på sommeren og mulighetene for isfiske, sparktur på isen eller langtur på skøyter på vinteren.

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV on all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Velkommen til vårt sjarmerende stabbur på Leinstrand! Gården ligger vakkert til og er kun en kort kjøretur fra Trondheim sentrum! Stabburet er koselig å sjarmerende med en varm innbydende atmosfære, hvor det er mulig å nyte, samt ha fine samtaler! Det er også mulig å tilberede måltider sammen på et fullt utstyrt kjøkken og slappe av i sofaen etterpå. Her kan du oppleve roen og skjønnheten på landsbygda og ta deilige turer i nærområdet! Kort avstand til Gaula, Øysand og Bymarka.

The small farm is located right by the river Gaula and is therefore perfect for those who like salmon fishing. Here you have good opportunities to be outside as the outdoor area is large. There is also a lot of outdoor furniture in the barn that will be available for you as a tenant. Three cabins are also located on the farm, they can also be rented if you are many. Med fem soverom og to stuer – hvor den ene er en dedikert kinorom – er dette huset perfekt for både avslapning og underholdning. Itillegg er det et frittstående anneks med kombinert stue og kontor som lett kan brukes som soverom, komplett med eget toalett.

The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
