Holiday rentals with a patio in Melaka Tengah District

It was a great stay! Me and my friends love it so much. It has a beautiful scenery and near there is a lot foods restaurant, supermarket and etc. Easy to find and the host very responsive and friendly! Will come back here again! Thank you

it's a bit hard to access to upper level in parking, sharp corner. water filter and rubbish bag are not provided in homestay. overall is good, nearby a lot restaurants, and convenient to reach those kk and 99 mart. host is responsive and helpful

Stayed for 2 days in this very great and beautiful place (And affordable too!). Spacious, clean, good condition amenities (my daughter loved the bathtub, we enjoyed the android tv, all airconds work well). Host was responsive, very helpful and understanding. We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom condo in Malacca. The unit was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group, with enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. The bedrooms were well-maintained with cozy beds and good air-conditioning, which was much appreciated after long days exploring. The living and dining areas were ideal for family bonding, and the kitchen was well-equipped for simple meals. The condo also had great amenities, including a swimming pool and secure parking. The location was convenient—just a short drive to Jonker Street and other popular attractions. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families or small groups looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay in Malacca. Would definitely return!

Homestay ni memang best. Lokasi senang cari, dekat dengan kedai, rumah bersih, kemas, dan semua barang lengkap — ada aircond.. dapur semua okay. Tilam empuk, bilik air pun bersih. Owner friendly dan senang nak deal. Harga pun berbaloi. Confirm akan repeat lagi kalau datang area sini!

The house bathrooms are very spacious as well as the room. Had a great stay for 2 nights and host is very responsive & friendly. Walking distance to certain places as well as there are some restaurants nearby just opposite the road.

Location is perfect and Rooms are sufficient for 4 families.

Overall, this is the best airbnb that i have stayed. Satisfied even before check in. En Raman sangat2 membantu dengan bagi info sebelum check in dan benarkan kami check in awal. In term of location, this is the big YES. Area yang tenang dan tak sesak. Nearby pulak dengan tempat2 menarik di Melaka. Within 15-20 minutes je. Untuk rumah, bersih sangat-sangat. Airbnb no es solo un alojamiento, es tambien un anfitrion. Y en este caso, sobresaliente los dos. Vincent está continuamente pendiente de ti, que llegues bien, que veas cosas bonitas y te ayuda en todo. El apartameto está perfecto: llegada muy facil, vigilado, buen piscina ( te puedes bañar con bañador, bikini, en otro Lojamiento en Ipoh queria que me pusiera camiseta), buena terraza, muy tranquilo y hay un hospital y centro comercial con supermercado a 3 minutos andando. El centro historico a 5 minutos. No teneis que coger el coche para nada. En definitiva, un buen apartamento con un espiritu Airbnb. Sin duda alguna, me alojaria otra vez. Gracias por todo Vincent

All good. Shampoo and body wash were provided. Towels were also provided. Location wise is okay (definitely need a car for you to travel and go to the city <10km).
