Enjoy old Ojai in a spacious, bright, well-appointed ranch home called Pixie Palace with 2 acres to explore in the East End of the Ojai Valley with a thriving and fragrant citrus & avocado orchard with wraparound views of the valley, Topa Topas & pink moments. The 3rd and lower acre is separate from the house and scope of the rental & is home to my orchard & a nursery run by farmer and permaculture hero Mark. You are welcome to access the lower acre, but it is not part of your airbnb territory.

You'll be treated to a 900 sq ft, light-filled great room, modern kitchen (no oven), large bedroom w/King bed, outdoor sitting/dining areas, steps from the pool. Flowers, Fruit, Snacks, Coffee await you. Enjoy peaceful gardens of butterflies, fruit trees & friendly chickens. This is our only Airbnb. Stress free is our goal. Special note…we pay your Airbnb fees! We are lifelong residents & welcome you to our beautiful town of Ojai. Small dogs ok.

The Ojai Cowboy Cabin at Rancho Grande

Founded in 1875 this Old West ranch allows guests to enjoy comfortable living in the Forest. Close to town but with no neighbors for miles. Hike forest trails with access from the property. A private, sustainable off the grid getaway, the Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests are provided a jeep to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.
