This was our second stay at this wonderful home, and it was just as great as the first. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The yard with fruit trees and a lawn is lovely, and the hot tub under the stars is the highlight. Tastefully decorated with comfy furniture and plenty of closet space. The location is super convenient — just 8 minutes to downtown Ojai and about 20 to Ventura — and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood makes it even better. Highly recommend! Host Sharon is very responsive and helpful!

A beautiful house in lovely surroundings. It was a great meeting place for our family who were attending my father-in-law's memorial service. Lots of space . It was nice having so many condiments for our cooking. And we used an air fryer for the first time. It was cold outside so the extra blankets came in handy. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the lovely pool and hot tub! All of the guests said they want to come back again! Erin was extremely responsive to any of our questions.

Fantastic location just outside of Santa Barbara but proximal to the Santa Ynez Valley. Jennifer is a great hostess and her recommendations for food and adventures are fantastic. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away.

Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. Bonnie’s home was beautiful- very clean, comfortable, and had lovely surroundings. The pool outside was even better than expected, it was the perfect temperature and felt like a pool in an Italian villa. The hosts are also on-site and were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here for a memorable weekend!

We loved our stay at Heidi’s place! We were travelling with two children under 10 and stayed for two nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house has a wonderfully warm, lived-in feel—you can tell that your staying in someone’s beautiful home rather than a standard rental—and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was, of course, a huge hit with the kids! Although the weather wasn’t on our side, the spa was perfect for warming up after a chilly swim. We’d definitely love to stay again if (or when!) we return to Santa Barbara.

Wonderful cottage with great outdoor space. My family thoroughly enjoyed our two nights of walking to town for food and enjoying walks to the beach and coffee.

I've stayed at this AirBandB several times and plan to return. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Everything is in good working order. The beds are comfy. There is everything that you need to cook or bake. I especially enjoyed the midcentury modern sleek decorating style. Thanks Bob!

The farm is beautiful--blooming flowers, view of the valley and ocean, avocado orchards to wander in. It was perfect for our family with the pool for the the kids, lots of open space to run around in, and close to the beach. The house was well stocked with games and puzzles. Our stay was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. The backyard was really well designed as there were many comfy gathering places which includes hammocks, campfires, and marshmallow pits. The house was overall well equipped and extremely clean.

This is a hidden gem for the Ojai area, there is plenty of space to relax, with several outdoor sitting areas. The pool was an added plus. It is a quick 10 minute drive into downtown Ojai. Our host Joel was fantastic and provided great local recommendations.

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!

This place is incredible. Private and peaceful. It has one of the best views in the world and the sunsets are amazing. House has super interesting layout and is very comfy and dialed in. The driveway is a bit rough if you have a low suspension sports car but otherwise ok. Definitely a gem place. Thank you Larissa for being a wonderful host .

The cottage was adorable and exactly what we were looking for in our little getaway from the city. The grounds were beautiful, peaceful and super close to and parks, hiking trails in santa paula and the restaurants and shops in Ojai. We loved hanging out in the front grounds, where you can enjoy a fire pit, corn hole, a hot tub and lounging in the hammock. I couldn't have asked for a better host, Therese was so sweet, communicated every detail from the beginning and checked in to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here. I wont stay anywhere else when I return.

The home is well kept and cleaned thoroughly. There’s a few bug traps around the house but we didn’t encounter any during our stay. It’s the second house in from the corner which is a busy street but you don’t hear any noise from it. Only complaint would be the windows are old and not the easiest to open - since there is no A/C opening them during our stay was a must. Overall a beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time staying here as our base location while visiting the Channel Islands National Park. The home itself is beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location minutes from everything we needed. It was also a great place to come back to after long days out and about. We highly recommend this home for any stay in Ventura!

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

Spectacular. Almost intellectual in its cultured ambience, with its high, uplifting beamed ceilings and the glass wall of light drawing focus to the inspirational view of the coastline, the sea with the channel island of Santa Cruz breaking up the horizon, and the sky. You can hear the waves at night above the peacefulness. The owner’s culinary sophistication is evident. Artful dishware, good cookware. The next time I go (and I definitely plan to!) I will use the rice cooker and prepare a meal. The best stocked pantry I have seen. We enjoyed the vinyl albums and turntable. We were comfortable with the tasteful furniture and bedding. We admired the light fixtures, houseplants, and interesting art and literature that surround you. Exquisite.

The property was amazing and very accommodating for our adult son who is in a wheelchair. Other than navigating a few steps to get into the house everything was ADA friendly including a roll in accessible shower in the master suite. The grandkids loved the backyard with plenty to do. I had a very nice stay. The host informed me when I booked it that there was no AC, and fans were available if it got hot, and I was fine with that. It did get a little warm, but the fans made it work. If you are very sensitive to heat though, I would not stay here. There are also steps to the front door through the courtyard and down to one of the rooms, as seen in the pictures, to keep in mind for mobility concerns.

Dream closet, massage chair, multi-angle shower, kitchen, furniture—even the laundry room. One of the powder rooms had striking tilework and a sleek black marble sink with a seamless, “invisible” drain and dial-style faucet handles—it was a space that was small yet felt like its own art show. The grounds are peaceful, with spots for sunset views and stargazing; you can see the Six Flags coasters by day and city lights glowing below at night. It feels like a weekend escape, yet it’s less than 5 miles to a grocery store and under 10 miles to Six Flags and the mall. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch, and the host was warm, responsive, and truly cared about our comfort. A heartfelt thank you for an unforgettable stay! 🌟
