Salvatore's place is charming and in a good location. Salvatore is a very responsive and easy-to-communicate-with host. He even allowed us to stay longer than expected in the accommodation.

Chalet Blanmatin is located a bit outside the center of Le Grand Bornand, in a very calm spot. The chalet is easily reachable by the free bus which takes you to the center of the village and also to the slopes for skiing. The chalet has all modern comfort with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The living area is very cozy with great views over valley on both sides. The jacuzzi outside is a nice plus. For us it was also nice that we could take along our dog for whom it was the first holiday in the snow. Thanks also to Bénédicte for the warm welcoming and for being our contractperson during our holidays. We certainly would love to come back and thus can highly recommend this chalet.

A charming place, surrounded by greenery and cows, ideal for relaxing. Isabelle, our hostess, is a very welcoming and smiling person, who was able to inform us well. The only small inconvenience of our stay was the lack of outdoor light to enjoy the terrace in the evening, or maybe we couldn't find it. Anyway, it didn't spoil our very pleasant weekend.

The house was just perfect for our Easter trip (and definitely also for longer trips). It is beautiful, clean, has a wonderful garden, is super well equipped and is within a short walk of the lake. Perfect to explore the surroundings of Lac d'Annecy. Eric was also super easy to reach and left us a lovely little welcome gift :) I cannot recommend this accommodation more!

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

What a beautiful stay at Chalet Petit Brio. From the helpful check in to fantastic chalet and facilities, everything was spot on. I would recommend having a car to make it easy to get around although we didn’t try the local buses. We will definitely be back!

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful and welcoming house nearby Annecy and the lake. We felt right at home thanks to the cleanliness of the home, great furnitures and attention to details (starter kit, linen bed sheets, etc.). The hosts are welcoming and friendly, very responsive too.

We had a nice stay. The accommodation is very well located between Saint Gervais and Megève. We were well advised by Émilie for restaurants and activities for the children. The accommodation is very convenient with all the necessities. Very nice bedding. Very well heated accommodation.

The location was great me and my family we felt right at home. Many nice towns were 30 to 40 minutes drive we had a lot of fun and we will come back again great property worth visiting.

Beautiful cozy apartment with all comforts. The beds made on arrival as well as the towels ready with a small bottle of shower gel adds a big plus, as well as the refreshing gift! We had a great time, the location is perfect and the view of the mountains is just beautiful. Yann is very responsive and accommodating. A cottage was under construction right next door but we were in no way disturbed by noise. It's easy to walk to the center, otherwise Chamonix is just a 10-minute drive away. We will come back without hesitation!

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

An unforgettable stay! Beautiful and relaxing environment. This cottage is the most beautiful of all we've seen in the area. Impeccable cleanliness, full equipment, very nice decor, very functional, very spacious. Rooms are large with bathroom and balcony. The garden and terrace have won over all the guests, not overlooked, large barbacue, garden furniture, large jacuzzi, large glass windows, everything is well thought out, beautiful and well arranged. The hospitality was perfect and caring. The indoor pool, like the rest, was the cherry on the cake! Looking forward to coming back for another occasion, thank you so much!

We had a dreamy week at this cottage. The scenery is simply breathtaking, ideal for recharging and enjoying nature. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very cozy and perfectly equipped to meet all our needs. Fabienne is adorable, always available and very welcoming. It was a great place to spend 3 days in Chamonix. We didn’t take out our car for 3 days. Everything is walkable. The lift is opposite the apartment. The location is top class. The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for me but that is personal issue. Washroom is too small. If I ever come back to Chamonix, I would like to stay in this apartment again.
