Holiday rentals with lake access in Megève

Beautiful place!! Can’t beat the location. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to rest, the road in front of the house is a bit loud, but besides that, our stay was fantastic

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle’s amazing property. Great location with the lake being down the road, with easy access for a swim! Kitchen has great cooking utensils, would recommend cooking in Talloires as restaurants are quite expensive for what you get. We had quick communication and responses with any queries from Emmanuelle and she was lovely when we bumped into her! Will be returning one day :-)

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation for two nights. The apartment is very clean, cozy and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is quiet, with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing. The hostess is incredibly friendly and warm. We were particularly pleased with the delicious pancakes with chocolate that she made for us – a nice gesture! The transfer to the train station was also very nice and rounded off our stay perfectly. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Thank you to Carmel and Yves for your kindness, authenticity and kindness, your beautiful and peaceful accommodation allowed us to spend wonderful moments of friendship and ... with the beautiful weather we were able to enjoy a magnificent terrace with a magical view. What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Isabelle is a nice host. She always responded promptly to our questions The studio is well appointed just 15 minutes on foot from the train station. From Sallanches by because we went to Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix, Contamines. Sallanches is a nice little town where we were able to take good walks

We had a pleasant stay in a beautiful setting. The village of Combloux offers us a splendid view of the mountains. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very well located and in line with the description. The host was very responsive and his instructions were very clear. We'll be there 😊 Léa and Louis

What a beautiful setting for nature lovers like us. It had everything to feel good. The impeccable accommodation, but also this breathtaking view of the lake and the mountain. Bike, hike, good little restaurants too, shops within walking distance, a host responsive to our questions. We recommend this magical place!

A perfect place for families. The property is beautiful, well-maintained and spo clean. Our kids loved the wide variety of games available. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating – when we had a special request, they gladly agreed. We are extremely grateful for the same. Saved us from lot of headache and made our trip easier. The peaceful setting, especially the lovely table outside, was wonderful. Our children had a fantastic time playing both indoors and out. Highly recommend. :)

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. We had a wonderful stay at Vicky's apartment. It is beautifully decorated with comfy beds, a very spacious living area and all the essentials we needed. The location is brilliant, a 5 minute walk from the flégère lift and a shop, bar and café on the doorstep. Vicky was a brilliant host, very responsive and friendly. We can't wait to visit again!
