Every apartment has a furnished balcony/patio, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, and a bathroom with shower. All apartments share a big green yard with sun beds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas and shower. The villa has its own access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table for 8 people, a living room with fireplace and a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.

"Konstas House" Cozy Stone Island Retreat

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

The Red suite is located on the ground floor, featuring one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a sitting room with two sofas which may sleep two kids and one bathroom with shower.
