The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

To get to our accommodation you will not have to travel more than 300 meters from the point where you disembarked. You will find it on your right in a two-storey house, in the most central part of Kamares beach. With the feeling that from your balcony you almost dive into the sea, you climb the picturesque stairs that lead you to the interior of the space. A well-kept, bright space that will be your reference point for the next few days.

Fos 1

Fos 1 offers a panoramic view of Platys Gialos, just a 2-minute drive from the beach. Spanning 101 square meters, it features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodates up to six guests. The residence combines modern design with high-end amenities, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. A private veranda with a swimming pool provides stunning views of the sunrise, completing the ideal escape in Sifnos.

Our brand new accommodation is located 30 m from the sea, in Seralia, Sifnos. Going down a few steps of a paved path of the area, you will find the Egremnos Luxury House in a magnificent and rocky natural cove of the island. Our house is 38 m2, fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace with a standing sea view. Take a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

Chalakia House | Cycladic Home with Pool

Located in the traditional settlement of Exambela, the house offers stunning views of the picturesque village of Kastro on the eastern side of the island.
