The area of the APP is 34 m2 + terrace 35m2 with summer kitchen. Terrace belongs only to this APP and it is covered and hidden and closed with a small door. Open view by the sea. The APP has a two rooms connected by a door, and a bathroom. The large room has a double bed, at the small room are three floor single beds. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with Washing machine, a fridge with a large freezer, a cooker (on electricity or gas), a coffee maker, a microwave and full crockery.

You have a lovely little house on a private 600 sq m plot. Your immediate neighbor is the forest, and there are three large terraces and plenty of greenery for your use.
