The place is well maintained and nice location. Private beach access is cool. The main security staff are very nice and always friendly. The house provides two beach chairs and they are very useful. The place is fellt like a home. Damaris is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Couldn't have been more surprised and excited about the amazing beach just steps away. It was gorgeous, quiet, and private. The beach was so clean and the water was gorgeous. Loved that it wasn't touristy. Didn't want to leave!!!

If I could give Erica’s place 10 stars I would!!! It was perfection. Super clean. Plenty of room with 6 people. And the location is AMAZING!! To be able to walk out the back door to the beautiful quiet uncrowded beach was breathtaking. And the pool!!! Sooo nice and clean. Plenty of seating with cover from rain and sun. We will be back!!!!!!! Thank you Erica!!

my best friends and me did a guys trip and honestly this place was great! perfect for our week stay, very peaceful and private.

There’s so much to love about this place—whether it’s the secluded beach, the plunge pool, or the playground conveniently located just across the street. The house is incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, filled with thoughtful touches like an abundance of towels, a basket stocked with sunscreen and other essentials, stylish decor, and a game cabinet. What truly sets this experience apart, though, is Miguel’s exceptional hospitality and dedication to his guests. When a power surge during the island-wide blackout caused the house’s generator to fail, Miguel wasted no time checking in. Upon learning about the issue, he immediately drove over—despite the late hour (10:30 p.m.)—and climbed onto the roof to restart the generator. Even in challenging circumstances, he remained warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. You could easily spend your entire vacation soaking in everything this place has to offer, and its proximity to San Juan, Fajardo, and Rio Grande are the cherry on top!

We had a great stay at Edith’s! Plenty of space for 5 of us, nice small beach nearby (the house has kayaks!), cute friendly neighborhood animals, and a very budget friendly bakery a few minute walk away for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!

I can not say enough about this location and about Fredy as a host. We happened to be visiting when Puerto Rico experienced an island wide blackout. Fredy was the first to reach out and let us know what was happening and was tremendously helpful and supportive as we navigated the black out. He shared info about the grill for cooking and that the exterior lights were solar. We were able to spend the night on the gorgeous rooftop deck playing cards and having a cookout. More than the physical space Fredy was a true support for me and my family. You can not overlook the fabulous location, stunning view, darling private beach and lovely community the location has to offer. Some of the best food we had the whole trip was based on Fredys recommendations. We will 100% be back to visit PR and would not want to stay anywhere else!

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.
