Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Medellin Metropolitan Area

It is a place that I recommend 100%, its location is central, the area is very quiet, the spaces of the apartment are necessary for a good stadium, everything is very clean and corresponds to the publication photos, but above all Luisa is an excellent host, she is always attentive to you, your arrival, that you are comfortable, she advises you with the plans you have, it is a love. I hope to return soon!

We had an incredible time at this luxurious country house! The location is perfect, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and proximity to the city. The house itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully surrounded by nature, making it an ideal spot for a family or friends gathering. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for both relaxing during the day and unwinding under the stars at night. The amenities are top-notch—air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a fantastic BBQ area for our get-togethers. The bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, and the social areas with Bose equipment made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, exclusive escape close to Medellín.

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

Our experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was immaculately clean, very well cared for, and with all the details you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to everything, and very easy to get around. What we want to highlight most is the friendliness and service of the host. She was attentive from the first moment, always willing to help and make us feel at home. You can tell he really cares about providing a quality experience. 100% recommended. Laureles. You’ll be surrounded by restaurants, cafes , bars , souvenir shops , money exchange places, tours all in a four to five block radius. This place is a great find .

Top location, top flat, unbeatable value for money, perfect welcome, clear and useful instructions, the apartment is more than comfortable with the jacuzzi as a central element, all in a very nice neighborhood, accessible, close to everything and safe.

Dear Airbnb team, I wanted to share with you my experience during my stay at your property from 23 to 27 May. In general, everything was very clean and organized, which I really appreciate. However, there were some drawbacks that I would like to mention to improve the experience of future guests: 1. I had to contact the host to request garbage bags, which could have been prevented by leaving several bags accessible for use. 2. It would be useful to have extra towels available, to facilitate the change without having to request it. 3. I noticed that the top of the bathroom sink has a problem with water stagnation, making it difficult to use, especially when tidying up my makeup bag, as it got all wet.😭 I appreciate your attention to these details and hope you can consider them to improve the experience of future guests. Really nice spot. Great value for the price. Belen is a bustling yet charming neighborhood. The room is small but has what you need. Private bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. Nice balcony. Security was solid. I had to go through 4 gates to reach the room door which also had a lock. Security cams everywhere. The best part were all the staff that were there. The people running the Airbnb were very helpful and responsive. Super friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Gave me great recommendations for local spots. Overall they helped give me the best possible welcome into Medellin and I’m very grateful to them.

Private apartment, easily accessible, safe, with all the amenities listed in the description. It is also located in a very pleasant place, too quiet and from which you can move easily regardless of the place in the city you are going to.

I recommend Claudia’s place for it’s comfortable and clean atmosphere. Very good location, close to most attractions and in a very safe neighborhood. Claudia is very proactive and easy to reach. As 3 women traveling alone we felt very comfortable and safe.

Mateo & crew were super responsive and full of suggestions for restaurants, outings, etc. We found it easy to get around, especially on foot, when we wanted to dine or shop. The setting was beautiful and surrounded by trees with lots of birds in a primarily residential setting. We made use of the pool and well-equipped gym. Photos accurately represent the property. Awesome washer/dryer and all amenities needed to survive, including soap/shampoo/drinking water. Tip: when taking a taxi or Uber, use the building name to assist with the exact address. Highly recommend & would stay again!!

Excellent location, apartment was very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Keep in mind this is on a third floor walk-up, not ideal for those with kids or disabilities. Lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Quiet, beautiful lively neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again with my family!

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

I just had a great all around time. Right in the middle of the best part of Poblado but still quiet inside the condo. Vey walkable to Lleras park, provenza, the best restaurants, clubs, action, fun! It had it all. A nice full leather sofa and large leather chair was nice and so rare to have such comfortable quality furniture at an airbnb to sit in to relax, chat, netflix, surf the net. A great pleasant surprise!
