Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

The "Factory" suite will transport you to an industrial world, combining shades of gray, the charm of metal, the authenticity of brick and antique objects, but also the chic of a modern gray and sand kitchen. For one-night stays, the cleaning fee can be reduced if you bring your own sheets and towels.

Vous serez en 5 minutes à Maubeuge, 20 mins à Mons et Valenciennes, 45 mins de Lille et 1h de Bruxelles. Une place de parking est disponible devant le logement ainsi que la possibilité de stocker des vélos dans notre garage.
