Monthly Rentals in Mecklenburg County

I stayed here for my summer internship and it was perfect! A 2 min walk to the lightrail and right off the rail trail- so tons of restaurants and breweries close by. Erin was very helpful and super responsive during our entire stay.

I can’t express how nice this stay was. From the cute decor to the cleanliness, this place was perfect. Host is responsive and accomodating. The little amenities they offer just adds to the stay. Felt at home and had everything we needed to have a great weekend. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!!!!!

Our stay was lovely and so nice. We loved the peacefulness of the area and farm, Jason and Larry's friendliness and the space was thoughtfully designed and clean. We enjoyed walking around the farm and it was close to everything we needed, yet a country setting. Since we have family in the area, we would not hesitate to stay there again for an extended time because it was so nice and comfortable. While we were there, they had a farmers market and a social night on their farm with live music and activities. Just an all around great place to stay and they were kind and informative hosts.

Jacob provided a great space that allowed me to really get an idea of what it would be like to live in Charlotte. Thank you for the experience!
