Wonderful house located in the impeccable neighborhood of Bosque Peralta Ramos on the outskirts of Mar del Plata 5 minutes drive from the ocean. This cozy, quiet oasis in the shade of the eucalyptus forest is suitable for relaxing with family, loved ones, or close friends. Our house is a place where you can feel at one with nature, hear the birds singing and catch the first rays of the sun on the terrace. The area is safe, parking on the territory with a surveillance camera. There is a barbecue area, dishes, bed linen and towels.

Experience the countryside and the sea 400 meters from Cruz del Sur beach. Enjoy a natural and relaxing environment. This is a modular house that we built to enjoy as a family and that we decided to rent during times of the year when we do not use it. It has a bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into 2 singles, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with armchairs and a wood-burning stove for which we leave firewood available. There is a heater in the bedroom. Wi-Fi service is available.
