Happy Nest is an apartment which is half of the main house at NutGarden. The house has been partitioned to make two residences. Happy Nest contains a bedroom, a large living area, a kitchen and shower/toilet. There is a double sofa bed in the living space as well as the double bed in the bedroom. The house was built by owner/ host Kim Clark who lives on the property with his partner Chintana.
