It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

The Waterworks Mall which includes grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, wine and spirits store, fast food , and movie theater is a short 5 minute drive.

Nestled in the middle of an adorable community of stone cottages, this historic structure built in 1938 was the first home John Mattys built in this neighborhood.
