There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.

The sea and Jantar are 1.5 hours away by car. In Dąbrówno you will find shops with local delicacies. There is a Dino supermarket in Dąbrówno.

Gizycko Masurian holiday home in the countryside near the lake

My small wooden house (30 m²), surrounded by greenery, is particularly suitable for families with children (from 5 years of age - because of the somewhat steep stairs to the upper floor.) It is fully equipped with a 55-inch TV, refrigerator, 2 hot plates, microwave with grill function, and plenty of dishes. For the use of bicycles, sauna and hot tub, I am happy to receive a small entertainment donation. I live in the house next door and am here to help you. I speak Polish and German.
