Located next to the Mayan Palace Hotel, just steps from the beach. Enjoy a garden with a grill and palapa. No parties allowed, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere.

All needs covered in one space. Half-covered room with a barbecue and separate bathroom. Spaces and very spacious and illuminated rooms, each room has its minisplit, smart tv screen with cable and Netflix services. Rooms, living room, dining room and kitchen all have air conditioning as well as internet (Wifi) throughout the house. The location of the house is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Malecon Beach and Golden Zone.

Access directly to the beach and pools; steakhouses, palapas, parking drawer, tennis courts. By regulation, six people are allowed maximum, without pets.
