It is a house for 1 or up to 16 people. The house is very well located 100 meters away. You will find a supermarket that is open 24 hours a day. Also one block away you will find seafood restaurants and many businesses. The house is on the linear park. In 12 minutes you reach the golden zone and the pier. Apart from this you have a private pool just for you and your companions. The house is very easy to access. It has a garage with an electric gate for one car but outside there could be two other cars. A very safe area

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

The Shark shack and Pelican Palace sit in the same lot. There is a restaurant/dive shop near the surf hut and has potential for some generator noise. Price is for 1 or 2 people.

This place has a strategic location: it will be very easy to plan. It is very well located just 2 blocks from the aquarium, near the baseball stadium and right next to Central Park and the lagoon. The building is called Central 102 Tower and is one of the highest in the entire city with 22 floors and an incredible 360 view and pool from the rooftop. Make your visit!
