Cabin holiday rentals in Mazama

Our stay at the cabin exceeded all the expectations: the place was beautiful, cozy and very clean and had everything that we needed (great kitchen, spacious rooms and beautiful property). We had lots of fun cooking in the kitchen and playing with the kiddos in the yard. We come to Mazama yearly in May for a Sun Mountain race and to hang out with friends, and we will definitely consider booking this property for next year.

Great cabin, nicely appointed and within walking distance access to cross country skiing trails. In the winter, the driveway is very icy so it's important to take that into consideration when planning a trip.

Lovely modern home was bright and cozy and comfy with easy check-in/check-out. Nice to be right next to the Mazama store for breakfast and/or coffee. There's also a brewery on the property too if you want to unwind after a long (or relaxing) day. It's not the most private situation since the cabin has large windows and shares a property with other cabins/inns, but the upside is there are amenities close by -- and blinds you can close. We didn't use the kitchen much but it had everything we would have needed. K-cup coffee maker was also appreciated. Smart TV allowed us to sign-in to any of the streaming services and with a click of the remote we could also have the fireplace going. Close to trails for hiking/biking/skiing as well. Comfy place, would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed in the cabin, this time during the winter months. We again had a great stay and really liked the convenience with the XC ski trails being so close and the kids enjoyed playing in the snow and the playground. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this charming cabin in Mazama. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making for a seamless and relaxing stay. It's impressively quiet, allowing us to truly unwind amidst nature, yet its location is ideal for quickly getting to hiking, biking, and all the other outdoor adventures. A truly cozy and convenient escape!

The pictures do not do this cabin justice ! It has a perfect riverfront location and is beyond peaceful. It is clean, comfortable, and has beautiful views from every angle. You would be hard-pressed to find a lovelier dog-friendly cabin in the Methow. Ken and Melanie were fabulous hosts and communicators. They have created something very special in Mazama. It was the perfect location for celebrating my husband’s birthday and sharing our favorite corner of the world with my mother-in-law. We hope to be back soon !

I stayed here with my mom and I and it was a great experience. The host is responsive and keeps the grounds looking amazing. The fire pit area is right on the creek which makes a great location for sleeping with the window open. You get to unplug from everyday life and take a rest. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind the next time I travel back to eastern Washington

This is definitely one of our new favorites! The house was very clean and had a nice outdoor space to relax. Only a couple minutes walk to the store as well. It had everything we were looking for and needed!

We booked this cabin for a quick weekend getaway. Its location was great and walkable, and the room was clean and just as described. Would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay... We were there in early January and used it as our base for going to Loup Loup, Twist, and Winthrop. Cabin setting is awesome. Driveway could be challenging without 4wd. First time I have ever had to chain up our Sequoia was getting up the driveway on our last day after it had snowed all night. However, there is an upper parking area that I could have used to avoid the situation. It would have meant hauling all of our stuff a few hundred feet up a steep snowy driveway, which sounded like more work than just putting on chains. As mentioned the cabin itself is awesome and there's good snow play for kids right on site, which we did plenty of. Brewster itself was underwhelming this time of year, so we made the hour plus trek into the Methow Valley most days, which was doable, but further than ideal. Cabin was well stocked with everything you'd expect and everything worked well. Jessica was super responsive and very welcoming. Would recommend.

Great Airbnb! It was very spacious and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed home cooked meals after hiking all day. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location to discover the Northern Cascades and the surrounding area. Mazama Store is a bliss. All instructions were helpful and please follow them. I didn‘t have any cell reception. This place is perfect to calm down.

Such a nice place to be in the winter in Mazama: a nice connection to the main trail system with a quiet woody street. High ceilings and well appointed if compact layout. Murphy bed adds another queen bed to the cabin; the loft is up a steep ladder and the bed there wasn’t made up; if you need it make sure to ask for the bedding. We were grateful that we could bring the dogs along; they had a great time too. We did have two not too long blackouts; come with a couple of extra flashlights.

Great location! We had a larger party and there were plenty of beds and two bathrooms to accommodate us all. The porch is amazing.

We loved our stay at Deer Run Chalet. It feels like a real home. All humans and dogs were very happy with the location. We could walk to town/the community trail in 20 minutes and bike there in 5. Bring mountain bikes if you have them! The provided coffee was a really nice touch. The only thing we thought was missing were better toiletries — the little packets of shampoo provided were not enough for us for the few days we were there. Definitely bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but that’s all you need! As mentioned in the description, there’s not a ton of privacy between rooms so your party has to like each other. The baby gates were extremely helpful for closing off rooms for dogs at night. If you need a place to remote work prior to check-in, you can rent space at the nearby Mazama Inn. Overall loved the stay and hope we will be back!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Hiker’s Hideout. We skied and snowshoed right out the door, the views were breathtaking and the cabin was spacious yet cozy. We were there for Solstice and the kitchen was so well stocked we could make all our favorite holiday meals. Everyone enjoyed the selection of games and fell in love with the Methow Valley. We’d love to come back!

Awesome place! Exactly what we needed to start our trip through Central Washington. Peaceful setting, great deck with a nice and peaceful meadow to look out across towards the rock wall. Beds were very comfortable. A/C splits in each room, along with the one in the main living space. Great during the heat wave while we were there. Drip coffee maker, grinder and a French press in the cabinet. Well appointed kitchen overall. Will definitely come back next time we're in the area.

What a unique and beautiful place! We had seen it while skiing, and were delighted to get to stay. Reading about the design of the house, we really enjoyed the mine-like touches combined with a modern feel. It was comfy and well-stocked, the skiing was fantastic, and it was a cozy spot to hang out at the end of the day.

Lovely cabin in the woods and dog friendly! Easy walk out of the neighborhood across the highway to the trail system.
