Amazing 1BR Granny Flat Nestled near Rocky Butte

This one bedroom "granny" flat apartment is light, bright and recently renovated. It's a great place to relax and get cozy yet be close enough to experience all that Portland has to offer. If you enjoy the snow and want to ski, snowboard or snowshoe the mountain is within an hour of Portland. A mini house in the City of Roses that will make you feel right at home. Casa Chica is full of natural light, and a short walk away from Portland-caliber coffee, a local brewery, a breakfast diner, wood-fired pizza, a neighborhood wine shop, two beautiful parks, groceries, and the best Vietnamese food in Portland (in our opinion).
