The driveway will accommodate a truck and boat if you want to fish on Lake Erie. Cozy and comfortable cabin for the whole family! This property is located within a short walk from Lake Erie! This cute little cabin was fully renovated to accommodate 5 people comfortably. It has one full bed, a bunkbed (twin sized), and a futon. There is a living area space that includes a TV, along with a functioning kitchen so that you can feel right at home during your stay! There is grill on the deck and a fire-pit for night gatherings as well. We look forward to hosting you!

Backing straight into the driveway is possible by pulling into the parking lot across the road. Newly renovated. Fish cleaning tables and gut storage in garage. If your boat/trailer is less than 80" tall and 26' long use the garage for boat storage. Charge your boat. The house is across the street from a train track.

This studio is located on top of the garage of another occupied home that is by the water. The landscaping of the home below is beautiful and well kept! You can view the water from the back yard of the occupied home or take a very short walk to Luna Pier, which we did every day. The appliances in the studio are nice, and the place was clean. Thank you!

Dylan was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to end. The home was exactly as expected, worked great for fishing on Lake Erie. Plenty of parking for our vehicles and boats with no concern about safety - ours or the boats/equipment. We're already planning to reserve for next year!
