Apartment holiday rentals in Maxwell Beach

My third time with Louisa and Russell and it’s always a guaranteed great stay. They are extremely pleasant, very accommodating and will go above and beyond to ensure you don’t need anything whatsoever. The apartment was clean, smelt wonderful upon entry and I felt very safe. It’s very central to restaurants and about 10 min drive to the airport, beaches and town. Russel’s mom was very sweet and even though they are nearby they give you privacy. The WiFi is extremely reliable and fast, bed is very comfy, and I had more than enough starter essentials, cleaning supplies, snacks, juice and water, that helped me throughout my 10 day stay. Love how the space is decorated-it’s functional with no clutter. If I could give them a 100/10 rating I would. Take it from someone who has stayed in various properties all over including Bim-please don’t second guess just book with them! You won’t regret it.

I had a great stay, the pool is well kept and nice for a quick dip. I felt at home, area is safe and cars are gated so you can relax about your rental. Quick walk to the bus but enough space to avoid traffic noise. Very close to Dover Beach + The Gap so you can walk to Food + Drinks + Entertainment + Shops. Highly recommend Harmony Hall Green. Seems like a new build as well.

Kevin was an excellent host, always available and responsive about questions we had as well as many recommendations for things to do/places to see. We were pleasantly surprised that the balcony was bigger than it looked in the pictures. You cannot beat the view of having a private balcony literally on the beach. The beach in front of the apartment did have lots of seaweed the time of year we went so we didn't spend too much time in the water there, but Carlisle Bay is a short 15 min drive away for the perfect lazy beach days we all wish to have on vacation. Carlisle bay also has excellent snorkeling if you bring your own gear and don't mind a leisurely 100yd swim or so to get to the shipwrecks. Having the waves as a natural sound machine made every night pleasant and restful as well as having AC in the bedrooms to keep it nice and cool. We highly recommend renting a car vs using public transport so you can have a lot more freedom to roam the island on your own time.

We loved our stay at Whispy Waves. We were only the 2nd guests to stay here, so everything was new and the decor was to a high standard. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Plus there were plenty of towels and extra linens. The covered patio was great for the evenings and watching the sunsets. It is in great location close to all amenities. Although just off a main road it still felt very private. The addition of private beach access, beach chairs supplied and a laundry room was a huge bonus. We've stayed at many places along this main Road, but this was definitely our favourite. Thanks Chloe and hope to be back soon.

I checked a couple of times over the last couple of months after booking our flights to Barbados for a place, and the Sapphire Condos kept popping up, and Vijay's place was available. I am happy we decided to book his place. It was for my family of 4, which has two small children. We shopped at local markets and cooked most of our food, but there is a good coffee shop a short distance away. Also, plenty of restaurants. The air conditioners work great, the beds are nice, and the pool access is right outside the lower-level door. The beach is very kid-friendly and easy to go from the pool to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and want to come back to Barbados. There are a couple of small books in the house about Barbados and what to do and sites to see, take a look at those. All the research we did before coming didn't have all the information that these two books had.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was even better in person. The location is perfect, close to the beach & lots of restaurants. Supermarket right downstairs. The communication from Glen was great, I didn’t need to ask any questions, & he provided helpful suggestions for the area. I would 100% recommend & return to this place.

Enjoyed stay very much and would definitely like a repeat visit. Debbie is the perfect host, very friendly, communitive and helpful, and made me feel at home. The location is perfect, a beautiful beach at the back where we enjoyed the moonlight at night and snorkeling during the day. The pool is also very private, and perfect for cooling off. This place is very spacious and beautifully decorated with lots of places to dine, relax and play. Thank you Debbie, can't wait for my next visit.

Staying at Sisi’s place in Barbados was an absolute dream. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The space was spotless, with every corner beautifully maintained and decorated with an eye for style and comfort. It’s clear that Sisi puts a lot of care into making her guests feel at ease. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed, whether it was the beach, restaurants, or local attractions. It was the perfect base to explore the island and then come back to relax in a peaceful, beautiful space. Sisi was an incredible host—responsive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. I can’t recommend this place enough and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Sisi, for making our stay so memorable!

super clean, cosy property. Not to far from everything. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Also have car hire at at a very good rate. Highly recommend. 👌

if I could I would give Paula and beautiful home a higer rating it's amazing .Paula has thought of everything you need best place I have stayed .bed is comfortable and it's 1000% better then anywhere I have stayed before .Paula attention to detail making sure you have everything you need is second to none .it's close to ostins and buses stop at the top of road ideal for worthing and Bridgetown with beach 5mins walk away ideally situated to go anywhere .safe and secure. with a beautiful garden. the neighbourhood is peaceful with lovely neighbours really didn't want to leave .so clean and beautiful. We had a amazing time staying at this property. The location couldn’t be more perfect— just steps from the sand, with calm, crystal-clear water and some of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen. Everything was exactly as described (or better!), and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. Shops, restaurants, and everything we needed were within walking distance. Highly recommend stopping by Saint Lawrence Gap which is just a short walk away from the property, as well as The Worthing Square across the street for some amazing local food. The area felt peaceful and safe. The host was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything for an stress-free stay. Highly recommended— can’t wait to go back!

We had an excellent stay! Our host went above and beyond—when we got lost in the middle of the night on the day of our arrival, he didn’t hesitate to come find us and guide us to the property. His kindness and helpfulness made us feel immediately welcome and safe. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Great host, very friendly and responsive. Wonderful location just steps from the beach! Includes all the amenities you need. Only minor downside is the noise from nearby vehicle and air traffic. Overall, highly recommended!

My sister and I had a great stay here and we had everything we needed to feel at home. Home was easy to find, peaceful, and was a short drive to the airport, supermarket, beach, etc. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Lory was very responsive. We appreciated that the building was well lit, had cameras around the building, a covered carport, and outdoor seating. Just so others are aware, the ac is motion sensored and one of the beds is very firm. We had no issues with the ac as it worked well/quickly, but it did turn off after a certain amount of time if no motion was detected (just something we didn't expect). Regardless, I would highly recommend anyone visiting the island to stay here!

We stayed at 204 Mistle Cove for one week. The location is right in the heart of Lawrence Gap with all restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The apartment itself is just as advertised, although the view is actually nicer than the pictures. The main room sleeps with a broadview of the ocean and the calming sounds of waves. The patio is spacious and perfect for breakfast , lunch and dinners in front of the ocean. My daughter loved the pool and the ocean front was a lot of fun with the high waves. A calmer and longer beach was only a two min walk from the apartment at Dover. Overall, we had everything we could have needed here, and would easily stay again if we go back to Barbados.

Wayne and his team were very helpful. The house was prestige and in a great location. When I return to Barbados, I will 100% be booking with them

I've been visiting Barbados for years, and Lumiere is in a beautiful estate, with great amenities, and in a convenient location. the host, Lynne, was quick to respond, and flexible. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment accommodation.

just spent a fabulous two weeks at Hayley and Logan's villa. It was exactly like the photos and description with everything and more needed for 2 week stay. It was safe and secure with lovely swimming pool and wonderful beach where we spent most afternoons. There is supermarket some 5 minute walk with an abundance of restaurants and things to see nearby. We hired a car for a few days and there's a private parking space. However the buses are plentiful and cheap. The staff in the complex were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. We would highly recommend this wonderful villa and we are already planning our next visit. We even got to swim with the turtles on Schooner Bay beach which was amazing and the end to a wonderful holiday.

Stunning location! Beautiful beach! Host was there to greet us and gave us a tour. Easy communication. No issues. Terrace was fantastic to have meals and hang out with gorgeous views of waves and overlooking lawn area, pools and hot tub with loungers. We loved our stay and would return. Nice boutique hotel nextdoor for drinks and meals out. Close to Gap for many restaurants! Many thanks to Lorna, house manager, for running to catch me to give me my forgotten coat before my Uber pulled away to the airport!

The home was exactly as expected, clean, and comfortable. The host was available in a timely manner to answer any questions we had. All utilities were accessible for use. We had no issue with our stay, and will stay again. Very Pleased with our experience.

We could not have asked for a better host. The area is wonderful, we were very comfortable the entire time, and we had everything you would want. We had a fantastic stay at Magnus’ condo in Barbados! From the start, Magnus was a wonderful host. Very responsive and even took the time to personally welcome us. The condo was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook meals comfortably. The location is excellent: about a 10-minute drive to St. Lawrence Gap, or a 25-minute walk if you prefer. Oistins Fish Market and the supermarket are also within a 20-minute walk. It was really convenient having taxis available right at the entrance, with rides to Rockley Beach or St. Lawrence Gap costing around 30 BBD$. The condo itself is set on a quiet back road, it was very peaceful and we weren’t disturbed by any street noise. We also appreciated how clean the pool was, even though we only used it once. Plus, the Bougainvillea Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are a few great bars and restaurants at 2 minutes walk we would definitely recommend Magnus’ condo
