Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

You can also drive to Toulouse in 25 minutes or in 10 minutes to Nailloux to enjoy the brand village or its lake with Aquaparc. The city of Carcassonne is 1 hour away and Narbonne beach is 1 hour 30 minutes away.

Quick access by highway to the mountains or the sea, Villenouvelle train station is a 5-min walk.

This Lauragaise mansion, steeped in history and recently renovated, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor spaces.
