Monthly Rentals in Mauldin

Cristina’s home was perfect for our needs during our stay in Mauldin while visiting and gathering with family that live in the area. The space is just as it is described and check-in was smooth and easy. Cristina is a very attentive host, easy to get ahold of, and she does anything she can to make your stay comfortable like checking in and dropping off throw blankets and delicious complementary pastries! We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the house, how spacious it is, and how well stocked the kitchen is because we like to cook in. We also enjoyed the covered back porch, the fenced in yard, and our grandkids had lots of fun on the disc swing especially. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we felt perfectly safe staying here so had restful sleep at night. The mattresses are comfortable, and having two bathrooms is always a plus. There is a major grocery store just minutes away and any kind of shopping you might want as well. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We came as a couple to visit Family in Simpsonville and to ride the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Our stay was a "long weekend" so we wanted a place with room to spread out a bit as well as make easy meals/snacks/and have our cycling gear spread out. This home in Mauldin hit every mark on our list with flying colors! The place feels brand new, it is well back off the (quiet) street, has ample parking, and has a wonderful, very functional layout. The large, smart TV in the Livingroom was excellent for just casting from your phone, making it easy to chill before hitting the large, very comfy bed. Since it has 2 full bedrooms, we used the second bedroom to spread our stuff out - what a luxury :) !!! We got take-out the first evening we arrived, and there were MANY choice at-or-less-than 1 mile from the home. The value (price + experience) is EXCELLENT! We plan to stay here again when we come back for more visiting and cycling!

A 6 star experience! Everything about this Air BNB is exceptional. From the kitchen amenities to the amazing bed to the turntable and albums and of course the well designed bathroom. Our hosts went above and beyond and quickly became our new friends. Dont pass up this place.

My family and I are from NY, we booked this home because it was close to my sister's house. The hoast was wonderful...had easy instructions and there is a park down the road for my kids. The home is beautiful and has a beautiful back yard for the kiddos to play in. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are hoping to return very soon! Thank you!
