Welcome to a cozy renovated house along the Koitajoki River. Koitajoki is a wilderness river about 200 km long in Ilomants that flows along both the Finnish and Russian sides of the border. Come and enjoy the peace of nature with berry picking, fishing, hunting, or boating. There's a good way to get to the destination, or you can also come by taking advantage of a beautiful waterway. The house has electricity, running water, sauna, toilet, refrigerator, small refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and free wifi.

To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Yellow House of Puropello

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has lived with a wide variety of residents, and memories on the floors and surfaces are on the trash, and there's debris. They're memories of past residents. Quiet location, big road 200m. Best beach in the country 1.4 km suitable for children, adults and dogs and 15 km to Ilomantsi village, 72 km to Joensuu. Good forest trails right next door. Suitable for guests who need peace and rest and the countryside.

In a detached building, you'll stay in a private room and avoid human contact if you'd like. You'll have access to a 120cm wide bed, kph/toilet, micro, refrigerator, coffee maker and tea kettle, small dishware, and coffee and tea are available. Hot plate + sauteer available upon request. Set in rural areas, near the city, on the highway, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Joensuu. Parking is also available using a truck (please let me know in advance).

You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!
